Return Policy

When purchasing any item keep in mind you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

In order to return your item it must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and with the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

You will return the package to the address it was originally shipped from. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You are responsible for all return packaging fees.

Damages and issues
Please thoroughly check all items before using and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the item and fix the issue.

Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns on sale items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you're wanting is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, excluding the shipping rate. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process. Please allow 48 hours to inspect and issue a refund once inspected.
